Who runs this site

This is the personal portfolio of Sarbesh Lal Amatya, a UX/UI designer based in Kathmandu, Nepal. For any privacy question, use the email link on the contact section of the home page.

What is collected

There are no accounts, forms or sign-ups. The site only collects data in two cases:

• Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics records anonymous usage such as pages viewed, device type, approximate country and time on page. IP addresses are anonymised. Nothing is collected before you choose.
• Your preferences, on your device. Your cookie choice, the music on/off state and game scores are stored in your own browser's local storage and never sent to a server.

Cookies

Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) are only set after you press "Accept analytics". If you decline, or later change your mind through "Cookie settings" in the footer, they are removed and no analytics load. No advertising or tracking cookies are ever used.

Third parties

Fonts load from Google Fonts and some code libraries load from public CDNs (jsDelivr, cdnjs). These services may see your IP address when delivering files, under their own privacy policies. Links to LinkedIn, Behance and Dribbble take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, clear your browser's storage at any time, or ask for any question about your data by email. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.
